Never heard of Shelby Lynne so I'll take your word for it. Country fans don't tend to steal their music as much.
I'll go on record as saying Jane's will be the #1 rock album.
Who wants to make a bet? Winner creates losers avatar for a month.
I agree that Shelby Lynne will be 1st.

I think Hoka was limiting it to Rock (or at least alternative) charts. Which probably elminates the Jonas and Shelby.Six7Six7 wrote:Joe Jonas (still at #1 from the prior week)

"110,500 copies in the United States"Pure Method wrote:how much did strays sell in the first week?

But Just Because was really strong on the radio. I am not so sure Irresistible Force is doing quite as well with people.

WOW. I thought it was only 30k or so? that's actually impressive, seeing as I didn't think anyone outside of us cares about JA

We love 'em overhere, what are you talking about?Pure Method wrote:as I didn't think anyone outside of us cares about JA
Isn't Puscifer gonna outsell Jane's?? Tool's fanbase is pretty hardcore and are willing to spent dollars.
Re: Jane's chart competition on October 18th
Puscifer is still very much under the radar. And it's definitely not for everyone. Alot of Tool fans won't even listen to A Perfect Circle because of the style differences.Eric B. wrote:We love 'em overhere, what are you talking about?Pure Method wrote:as I didn't think anyone outside of us cares about JA

Sometimes. i think you can with the more popular artists. They'll let you preorder the album and you get an immediate download of the current single.
Great Escape Artist isn't up right now though.

Bush at #6?
Is the song that good?
RHCP at #2? That song is DEFINITELY not any good.
I think the labels are paying to keep bands on the charts.

Personally, I like the Bush song more than IF.Six7Six7 wrote:Bush at #6?

I usually listen to this station on the weekends and have noticed that RHCP gets a lot of airplay compared to other bands it seems.
