I imagine WB is on the fence or debating which scenario makes more money. As their deal is for one release I think?

From what I understand it's either

A. finish tour. Release IR EP, rest, Release LP, tour for LP

B. Finish tour, Release compilation/DVD. (Compilation will include IR and true love but not more new material I suppose)

Couldn't really grasp that concept either tbh. And I would take it with a grain of salt but I'm assuming it has to do with how their deal with Warner went down this time around. Either an EP as a stop gap to an eventual LP or the compilation with the unreleased footage (seen in IR music video).

I'm an independent label producer in the valley, worked with Rick Agnew who has opened up some connections and have SOME ties with the local production scene in van nuys/sherman oaks/northridge (ghrols gig) which opens up a lot of other resources. Per source, word is, Jane's releasing a compilation ...

What turntables are you guys playing them on? I just started my interest in vinyls and I could use some pointers. I bought a WOCKODER from Amazon just as a stop gap but unbeknownst to me, thanks to my ignorance, read that these cheap turntables will ruin your records. I'm afraid to even use it now.

Dave isn't good at freestyling. He's unmatched at composing though. It's not trolling, it's recognizing dave has a limited arsenal which doesn't really register well when shredding live. George lynch even said. Watch Dave try to shred of the dome on his spread interview with lynch.

Dave just word salads the pentatonic repetitively.

It’s always weird to me when I hear any Janes addiction song on the radio. It always makes me wonder what it sounds like to the ears of someone not very familiar with the band. I will say that IR is the first Janes song since 1.0 that would not make me feel a little awkward If it came on in the car...
