Re: Josh Stepping In For Upcoming Shows
On a FB group I follow, someone posted about DN announcement that JA made a couple of days ago. The poster is a "Long Covid Ally" and the comments in response to JA are very negative. Obviously, they don't know the full story. Not that I know the full story either, but it's evident that there's more...

Yes, I hope Dave gets the help he needs. As HOka mentioned above, I'm curious if his fiance is trying to help or is a user herself and/or enabler?? Here's a snip from a pic on Dave's Insta from Jan 8th- no visible mark on his forearm. https://scontent.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.15752-9/328147014_697080...

From the Instagram link Six7 posted... Maybe that hole isn't intravenous drug use related??? If it is, it doesn't look like a convenient spot to inject. Maybe a hole to insert a medical device?? A form of skin art? :noclue: https://scontent.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.15752-9/326228884_578048563859626_2910212...

Re: Josh Stepping In For Upcoming Shows
Do ya reckon Dave’s even been over for a mini acoustic jam with the others, like just at someone’s house for fun??? Like in the olden days? I doubt it but…I dunno wtf is going on Well, I don't know about that, but recently someone posted that Perry Farrell and Dave did a collab with the Sleaford Mo...

Re: Josh Stepping In For Upcoming Shows
Finally a statement from the band.
The tone is hopeful that Dave will return and is welcome to do so if he wishes, but I think Dave is done.

Looks like most of the inquiries about Dave have been deleted from the JA Facebook page. I asked about it and no longer see my comment.

It's hit the one year mark for Lonzo Ball out for what was initially considered an 8 week injury. Yeah, that's too bad. Hope he's better soon. Saw this today, made me laugh. https://scontent-ord5-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/326444201_565288702146960_2618402426749198375_n.jpg?_nc_cat=105&ccb=1-7&_n...

Re: Jane’s to play the Palladium in March?
The whole re-rendering of the Nothing’s Shocking cover…WTF is up with that? Sure, I get it…something to do with Etty being triggered or whatever (grow up)…but why not just create some new artwork for the tour and poster? The wolf poster for the tour with Smashing Pumpkins was suffice and didn’t pis...

Agree 100%!Pandemonium wrote: ↑Tue Jan 17, 2023 12:49 pmLess then two months away for this run of shows - if Dave is still in, he'll need to start doing rehearsals with the band by mid-Feb. At any rate, the band need to come clean and not continue to sell tickets to shows indicating Dave is in the lineup if he's not.

Re: Jane’s to play the Palladium in March?
The Lolla dates in South America are in March.
I'm hoping for an announcement for dates to make up for the missed cities from last year's tour.
As for Dave, haven't read anything or seen anything to suggest that he's back with JA.

Took in Afro Bowie celebration of his bday last night in DTLA. Vernon Reid, Angelo, Norwood, Saul Williams, Kamasi, Justin Warfield, and Tony Austin on drums. Just insane. Angelo was such a fit for the Bowie tunes and Saul killed on I'm Afraid of Americans. Everyone had such a good time. Great show...
