Re: Guns N' Roses reunion??
Guns' AFD was one of the best sounding rock albums of the 80's. The production is excellent and still holds up to this day. It's like AC/DC's Back In Black, it never needed any sort of remastering. The problem is (or was) there's too much music for a single LP which back in the day, made the CD the best sounding option for listening. That said, even the original LP does sound great despite the limitations. The reason why the recent 2 LP reissue(s) has problems is two-fold - they are not using the original analog multi-track master tapes (it was a digital backup) but more importantly, the 2 LP version with the hologram etching on side 4 was pressed at GZ Vinyl in the Czech Republic who have a long history of sub-standard pressings including excessive inner groove distortion.

Don't agree with you Panda ....
The recent remaster has way more punch and detail than the original...

I will say the Hi-Res release from the box sets' Blu-ray sounds pretty awesome.
